Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years; experience with Banks or NBFCs preferred

Other Requirements:
Experience in multiple states and products (PL, BL, CD, TW, etc.), experience with agencies across states, high vintage bad debt write-off recoveries

Job Details:
Manage multiple clients & products, structure high-performance teams, follow-ups on PTPs, explore SKIP tracing & legal tools, adhere to RBI norms.

Reporting to:
CEO (subject to change)

CTC:
₹5-8 LPA
